Who Found the Mud Puddle??

In preparation for our Federal Review next week, I had worked late tonight so Josh picked Tinslea up from school. When he got there at 4:05 all the kids were still asleep!! Ms. Beth said since it was such a nice day they spent much of it outside ( I don’t blame them one bit). She said that there was 1 puddle of water on the playground – and all the children except for 2 stayed out of it. Guess What – my child was one of the 2!!! Ms. Beth said she looked over and Tinslea and a little boy was in the puddle throwing mud at one another. HAHA Ms. Beth was afraid we would be mad…she doesn’t know us well yet…we both just LAUGHED!! Josh said she was covered from head to toe. When I got in Josh already had her clothes in the washer.
Happy Birthday Chels – I thought about you at 5:45 on my way to work this morning then thought it would be too early to text then I forgot all about it. Love You!!

My Child Will Eat Anything

Yes, she will eat anything, and I can prove it!! I’m not sure if I wrote about it or not but during the ice storm Amber was feeding Tay some baby cereal. Once Tay was finished I gave Tinslea a bite, thinking she would spit it out, but NOPE she liked it and wanted more. Well, tonight topped it off! Chad, Amber and Tay came over to visit (we enjoy it so much when they come over) and Amber was feeding Tay a bottle. When Tay finished there was still some in the bottle and Tinslea was playing with the bottle, shaking it and so forth. So I poured some of the formula into Tinslea’s cup thinking, once again, she would spit it out…NOPE…she Cried and ask for more!!! Then turned the bottle up side down and little drops were coming out into her cup and she was still drinking it from her cup!! I’m raising a little piglet!

Internet Strike

I’ve been on an internet strike. I used to spend LOTS of time on facebook and blogging but lately I just have no interest in it. Anyways, I here and have found some quite time to blog this morning, Josh is still in bed and Tinslea is at her MeMe and Pa’s. She stayed with them lastnight – I have a BIG review coming up at work and I needed to look over a few procedures and that is impossible to do with a 21 month old running around.
As usual our lives revolve around basketball these days. Friday night we went to the GC boy/girl game. Josh and I were amazed at how well-behaved Tinslea was at the game – of course it could have something to do with her playing with Mark and Missy sharing her popcorn! Yesterday morning we got up and went to Hunter’s 2nd ballgame, he did an awesome job he scored several baskets (that could be because he wouldn’t pass the ball - hahaha). Then Josh and Tinslea went to Rochester to watch UK while Mom and I went to BG. I needed a new phone and had to pick up some jeans for Tinslea. Lastnight, I studied while Josh cleaned the floors, then we relaxed and had a quiet peaceful night.
NOW – MOM and JODI – since you NEVER comment – I have changed my settings so that you don’t have to have an account to post a comment!! YES, I did call you out – so I expect some feedback. Also to the rest of the family out there reading Joline now has a blog – hers is private so send her your email so you can join in and read hers. If you don’t have her email address, just leave a comment with yours on this message and I’ll have her add you. Her kids are always doing fun and interesting things you’ll love reading about and seeing pictures of : )

Things should be slowing down for us here at the Belcher House! It seems as if we go non-stop every day 5am-8pm. Not to mention getting back into the swing of actually working 5 days in a roll. Well, so much for writing I have a little naked "Monster" running around (she likes to pretend she's a monster and scare us!).

Tinslea's First Prayer

Just a quick story for the night…
As I was finishing up supper Josh was getting Tinslea in her seat and ready to eat (Yes, we helped her in her seat tonight). As she sat down she dropped her head and put her hands up as if she were praying and began saying “duhdaduhdaduh” . Josh and I watched and laughed in amazement. It was one of the cutest things she’s ever done!!
--If anyone can translate what she said please let me know – we are curious as to what she was praying about.--

Sunglasses

This morning when Josh took Tinslea to school she HAD TO wear her sunglasses, so he said he didn’t argue he let her wear them and thought she would take them off when they got to school. That didn’t quite so as planned – When he took her into her classroom she WOULD NOT take the glasses off. Ms. Tammy told him not to worry she was fine. So he left her and the glasses. When we picked her up I ask how they finally got the glasses away from her. Ms Beth said when Tinslea finally took them off she placed them on the table, when Tinslea wasn’t looking she took them and put them away. Ms. Beth said that later Tinslea came up to her and started pointing to her eyes!!!
After picking Tinslea up we took Tinslea to Sonic to get her some ice then headed to the middle school to watch Talon play. Tinslea had a good time playing with Mark and Missy : ) Josh was wanting to go to the High School game because Hunter was starting his first Varsity Game!! Tinslea was just to tired though!!
The post below is a video of Tinslea not wanting to sing for the camera. Wheels on the Bus is her FAVORITE song and she loves to sing it but I guess she's camera shy. Just incase you can't understand "Tinslea" language she is telling me "NO" and Stop"!

House For Sale

I'm taking the first step...I've allowed Josh the create a blog in attempt to sell the house. Today when I got home from work he had the house spotless, he had taken all the pictures and had everything uploaded on the blog. If you or anyone you know is interested please have them contact us for feel free to visit - www.myhouseis4sale.blogspot.com

It was so hard to get up this morning, after a week off 5:00am came too early. The day went by pretty fast considering I had to do some back tracking because I couldn't remember where I needed to pick up form. This afternoon Mom and Ozzie came over to bring us some potato soup and visit. Tinslea was more excited to see Ozzie than Mom! She started running around screaming and laughing!!

Our House
We are FINALLY home and have power!! Ours went out about 2:00am Tuesday morning. As soon as Tinslea woke up we packed our things and headed to Grandmas. We stayed there Tuesday night as did; Chad, Amber, Tay, Jessi, Charlie, Hunter, Jake, Grandma and Poppie! Tinslea did't sleep well at all. She didn't go to bed until late then work up and played from 2:00am-4:30am! Wednesday and Thursday night we stayed at Mom and Dads. Thursday we felt so nasty we went to Aunt Chelle and Uncle and Joes to take a shower. Tinslea enjoyed her bath and playing with Zac!
Friday Lloyd and Melissa got power so we stayed with them Friday night. Saturday we went to BG to let Tinslea play and get some of her energy out at Hopscotch. Saturday night we were back in Rochester, and Sunday we stayed with Lloyd and Melissa. MONDAY WE MOVED BACK HOME!!
~ That's our story in a nutshell~
